Hand made in England from our ever popular sanded cotton twill, this unisex piece features a high boat neck to brave the elements with a vintage cotton drawcord to pull in and keep in the warmth.
A large front pocket panel has been designed and added to double your protection against cold air and features a twin hand warmer pocket with enough room for large mitts or gloves in colder climates.
A divider pocket has been positioned in the lower section to allow for modern day living where you can store your mobile phone and house keys separately to prevent scratches or damage whilst out adventuring.
Taking features from our other popular styles the cuffs roll back to show off striped ticking detail in Summer, or can be rolled down in cooler weather when worn over other layers such as our fab Rollneck Explorer Jumper.
A further vintage cotton drawcord with side fastening has been added inside the bottom hem to trap in heat when layering up.
With the high neck and no front openings this all new smock is the perfect windbreaker and all season outerwear garment to place over the top of your insulation layers.
Versatility plays a huge part, so if you’re wanting a garment to keep you dry on rainy days you have the option to stiffen up the material by applying layers of wax to repel rainfall. This can later be removed to soften up the material again with detergent in the washing machine.
In terms of colour ways you have two fabulous choices, the lovely faded Olive or the all new traditional Beige bearing a likeness to the original smocks worn by hardened explorers of old.
