RETURNS POLICY

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY 2020

We’ve extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season. Any gift purchased between 31st October and 24th December can be returned up until 31st January, if it’s unwanted or unsuitable. Please ensure you keep your receipt so that the recipient can also return the present.

RETURNING AN ITEM - CHANGED YOUR MIND

Please return your item unused and in original condition (all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 30 days and we’ll exchange or refund it.

RETURNING AN ITEM - IT'S FAULTY

If you find your item is faulty within 30 days, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.

After 30 days please return your item with proof of postage and we’ll repair or replace the item in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

ITEMS WHICH CANNOT BE RETURNED

The following items won’t be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described):

  • Items you received over 30 days ago

  • Items which have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)

  • Items without original packaging or labels

  • Items or packaging in poor condition

  • Where an item has been personalised for you, or made to your specific measurements

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

    • Beauty products

    • Personal care products (such as razors, shaving brushes)

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF OUR POLICY

  • The definition "original condition" means item is in original packaging with all labels and tags intact , item haven't been worn or used and can be resold at full retail price 

  • Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days

  • Please provide receipt or order confirmation as we will only refund back to the original payment facility used to make the purchase.

  • For online purchases we will refund the full price of the item plus the postage cost paid when the order was placed. 

  • The postage cost of returning an item will not be refunded

  • We are unable to refund or exchange items made to your own specifications or personalised for you, unless the item has been reported and accepted by us as being faulty.

  • Please note that if you return items which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we are unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
